Mine Lease Negotiation
Bursey International negotiated renewal of the 35 year lease of the Kopperberg mine in Indonesia, for Freeport McMoran, a publicly traded US natural resources and transportation company.
Turnaround Execution
For clients in the Automotive and Marine industries, Bursey International undertook over a dozen assignments as CEO or COO, executing business transformation and corporate stabilization, on behalf of Banks and key shareholders.
